Drink a Lot of Water

Make it a part of your morning routine to drink water right when you wake up. That is when you are most dehydrated.
Wear Appropriate Clothing
This is not the time to wear thick pants or heavy sweaters. Wear light shirts, and go ahead and wear shorts if your job will let you. Thick fabric will only deter you immediately. Wear a hat to keep you protected.
Wearing sunblock is very important when being out in the sun for long hours. If you don’t put on sunscreen, you’re going to have a horrible sunburn for days.
